Part of the problem is that drivers and bicyclists are more distracted.  Watching movies on car TV’s, texting with smart cell phone devices and talking to other drivers on the road or passengers.  The explosive mix diversion ingredients’ have sparked new safety campaign initiatives this year.  Many Tulsa Community Organizations including:  the State of Oklahoma, the Federal Highway Administration and The Tulsa County Public Safety Office are offering education seminars on Pedestrian Crosswalk Awareness.

A. YES. PACE TULSA AGS FOUNDATION, Vision 2017 is:

A. Not At this time.

Q. Does Terence Morris receive-tax-breaks for his time donations to the foundation?

A.  NO. Not at this time. However, many individuals enjoy tax benefits as a result of making charitable contributions. The amount of tax savings received depends on both the size of the charitable contributions and the person’s annual income.

Q.  IS PACE TULSA AGS A NON-PROFIT CHARITY?

A. NO.  A private foundation may qualify for treatment as a private operating-foundation, although, These founda­tions generally are still subject to the tax on net investment income and to the other requirements and restrictions that gener­ally apply to private foundation activity. How­ever, operating foundations are not subject to the excise tax on failure to distribute income. Also, contributions to private oper­ating foundations described in Internal Revenue Code section 4942(j)(3) are deductible by the donors to the extent of 50 percent of the donor’s adjusted gross income, whereas contributions to all other private foun­dations (except those discussed under Private Pass-through Foundation ) are gen­erally limited to 30 percent of the donor’s adjusted gross income. In addition, a private operating foundation may receive qualifying distributions from a private foundation if the private founda­tion does not control it.

Q. Why did you make that investment in XX Company?

A. As we have all seen on recent news coverage, many people in the “high-impact pedestrian areas” are still struggling to return to some form of normality after tragic and often fatal events “forever traumatized” them or their families. It is for this reason that I, and a small support group of “online” well-wishers have pledged to help raise much needed funds for this ‘critically challenge’ and ‘underfunded organization’. A.
